Beautiful location with stunning views.
Our stay was frustrating from the start. Housekeeping was inconsistent. we had to repeatedly call for missing items, and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Additionally, the hot water was hardly ever available, leading to an unpleasant experience, as we had maintenance come out multiple times during our stay.

The location right on the beach was fantastic, and the included breakfast was a delightful start to each day. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing stunning views of the ocean, which was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the nearby cenotes. The staff were incredibly friendly, with Aaron's excellent service at breakfast being a standout. However, the dining prices were quite high, and taxi fares to town can add up quickly.

The homemade soups at the restaurant were an absolute highlight, such a flavorful surprise! Plus, the staff was consistently friendly and eager to help, making us feel right at home. Our Junior Beachfront suite had stunning views and was a cozy retreat after a day of exploring!
The dining here can be pretty pricey, and the portion sizes were hit or miss – sometimes you got a feast, other times just a tease on the plate. And those taxi fares to Tulum? They sure hit hard on the wallet, especially with no public transport options nearby!
